Join us Wednesday Nights from 6pm-7pm at Robert Simpson Park in Arnprior for a yoga experience suitable for all levels (this is a family friendly event!).

These classes are totally free! Registration and attendance for classes to be entered in to win a GRAND PRIZE at the end of the Summer, You only have to attend 1 class to gain a ballot - the more classes attended the more chances you have to win!

So bring your mat, water, towel and a community mindset and lets move!

Each class will be taught by a different amazing teacher from the community - you can catch me teaching in the park on July 6th!

P.S Classes will move to Union 108 if the weather doesn't cooperate.
