Yoga is for everybody and every body.

I believe that there is so much more to yoga than the poses. Yoga is about taking what you learn in class and applying it off the mat.

My goal as a teacher is to find ways for everyone to move in a way that feels good for each individual body.

Making the poses fit your body.

Not making your body fit the poses.
